The Planning Advisory and Hearing Committee (PAC) is a legislated requirement and is governed under the Planning Act.  The mandate of the Committee is to hold public hearings and make recommendations to City Council on Official Plan and Zoning amendments, as well as Subdivision and condominium applications.  It is also responsible to assist in the preparation of planning policies and undertaking studies and research on specific land uses or specific districts within the City.
