The Cornwall Harbour Development Corporation is one of two partners in the Co-Owners Committee with the Akwesasne Harbour Development Corporation. The mandate of the joint partnership is to identify and oversee the use, operation, management and development of the port lands.

Board Information
Meetings are held quarterly or at the request of the Committee.
The Committee comprises of four representatives from the City of Cornwall and four representatives appointed by the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne. The four representatives from the City act as directors on the Cornwall Harbour Development Corporation.
