The Service Manager Joint Liaison Committee is a partnership between the City of Cornwall and the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry in overseeing the programs and financial management of the delivery of shared services managed by the City of Cornwall. Shared services are comprised of Ontario Works, Child Care, Social Housing and SDG Paramedic Services.
