The airport is operated by the Cornwall Regional Airport Commission, which is jointly funded by the City of Cornwall and the Township of South Glengarry.

Board Information
Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month or at the call of the Chair, when required. Meetings take place in the Planning Boardroom, 100 Water Street East, Cornwall commencing at 3:00 p.m.
The City's representation on the Commission is comprised of three members of Council.
